TCC Launches Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) Training

TCC, a leader in agile training and business change solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) course, accredited by Scrum Alliance. Designed for Product Owners who already have a solid grounding in Scrum, the course takes product ownership to the next level.

The three-day course builds on the Certified Scrum Product Owner course, helping delegates deepen the skills needed to deliver real value in complex environments. It is also the prerequisite for the Certified Scrum Professional® – Product Owner (CSP-PO) certification. Led by an experienced Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer, it is built around practical group exercises.

• Set goals and plan in line with that vision
• Understand customers and users, and validate product assumptions
• Manage the Product Backlog and multiple business initiatives effectively, and define value
• Use metrics to support validated learning

Who Should Attend

The course is aimed at Product Owners, Product and Project Managers, Team Leaders, Delivery Managers and Agile Coaches. To gain the A-CSPO designation, delegates need a current or expired Certified Scrum Product Owner® credential and at least one year of experience in the Product Owner role within the past five years. There is no exam. Certification is awarded on successful completion of the course, which also includes Scrum Alliance membership.
