Overview

This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the PRINCE2 method to projects in the work place. It focuses on the effective use of PRINCE2 within real projects, as well as giving an excellent success rate in the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

The course provides time for exercises, examination practice, discussion and questions. The successful candidate will achieve the industry-recognised PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

Duration

This is a 5 day course.

Prerequisites, evening study and examinations

Delegates should have some experience of projects. Pre-course materials are issued before the course, requiring around twenty hours of self-study. Some evening work is required during the course. Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation paper on the third day and on passing this are eligible to sit the 2.5 hour Practitioner Objective Test Examination (OTE) on the fifth day.

In the unlikely event that you do not pass first time, we offer a free course and/or exam resit subject to the following conditions:
  • first course resit and/or exam resit are completely free of charge;
  • further resits are available on payment of an administration fee;
  • any resits must be completed within 12 months of the completion of the first course;
  • offer valid for TCC public course delegates - placement on courses and exams is subject to availability and agreement.
