Overview

This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the PRINCE2TM method to projects in the work place. It focuses on the effective use of PRINCE2TM within real projects, as well as giving an excellent success rate in the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

The course provides time for exercises, examination practice, discussion and questions. The successful candidate will achieve the industry-recognised PRINCE2TM Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

This is a 5 day course.

Prerequisites, evening study and examinations

Delegates should have some experience of projects. Pre-course materials are issued before the course, requiring around twenty hours of self-study. Some evening work is required during the course. Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation paper on the third day and on passing this are eligible to sit the 3 hour Practitioner Objective Test Examination (OTE) on the fifth day.
