This course lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the PRINCE2 method to projects in the work place. It focuses on the effective use of PRINCE2 within real projects, as well as giving an excellent success rate in the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
The course provides time for exercises, examination practice, discussion and questions. The successful candidate will achieve the industry-recognised PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.
This is a 5 day course.
Delegates should have some experience of projects. Pre-course materials are issued before the course, requiring around twenty hours of self-study. Some evening work is required during the course.
Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation paper on the third day and on passing this are eligible to sit the 2.5 hour Practitioner Objective Test Examination (OTE) on the fifth day.
TCC is confident that our PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner courses will provide you with the knowledge and skills to pass the corresponding examinations.
In the unlikely event that you do not pass first time, we offer a free course and/or exam resit subject to the following conditions:
- first course resit and/or exam resit are completely free of charge;
- further resits are available on payment of an administration fee;
- any resits must be completed within 12 months of the completion of the first course;
- offer valid for TCC public course delegates - placement on courses and exams is subject to availability and agreement.
This course will enable delegates to:

Do you want:
- a training course run on your premises (reducing accommodation and travel fees)?
- a course written or tailored specifically for your staff?
- a standard course run just for your staff?
Do you have:
- four or more people to train?
- a definite time at which the training needs to be provided?
Then you're probably looking for "in-house" training.
We can run any of our standard courses just for you. If you require something special, or a combination of several courses,
we can discuss this with you and tailor an event designed to meet your needs.
These courses can be run at a time convenient to you, either on your premises or at a separate venue.
The location can be specified by you or we can recommend a suitable venue if you prefer.
Need more help?
We can advise on combinations of training courses which typically prove the most effective. We can, if you wish, perform a full training needs analysis
of your staff, to help you to identify training needs, and the programmes of training to put into place to meet both your current and future needs.
What to do next...
- Decide what you want from this training - what are your objectives?
- Decide which course(s) you need, or whether something tailored is required;
- Decide approximately when you would like the training to be run;
- Ascertain when your people can be available and how many people in total you need to train.
Then please
contact us to discuss your needs.
