Overview

This course will equip the delegate with detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2 method including the seven principles, seven processes, seven themes, and techniques, that are central to the PRINCE2 method. It focuses delegates on the effective use of PRINCE2 within real projects, as well as giving an excellent success rate in the multiple choice industry-recognised Foundation examination. The course includes exercises, examination practice, discussion and questions.

Duration

This is a 3 day course.

Prerequisites and evening study

Delegates should have some experience of projects. Pre-course materials are issued before the course, with a recommended twenty hours of self-study. Some evening work is advised during the course. Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation paper on the third day.

Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation paper on the third day.
