The Course Experience


What is difficult when deciding on a training provider is knowing exactly what you are getting for your course fee. The first step is always to look for an accredited training organisation where possible, but does this really tell you what you will be getting from one provider compared to another?

This area aims to help you understand the typical experience of a TCC public or in-house training course and to convey the focus we have on quality and the pride we carry throughout all our products and services.

Highly-Qualified and Experienced Training Team
Our training courses are delivered by only the best trainers with years of experience, who are able to provide examples from their own experiences and effectively deliver our case-studies, scenarios and thought-provoking practical exercises.


Greater Delegate-Tutor Contact Time
At TCC we have a policy of limiting the capacity on our public courses to small numbers (as low as six delegates on some courses) in order to enable greater interaction and allow more contact time with the course tutor. We believe involvement to be an important element in the learning process.
