New 2009 Courses: Practical Creativity & APM Project Management Essentials

TCC are launching two exciting new courses for 2009: Practical Creativity and APM Project Management Essentials. Both will have their first run in March of this year.

Practical Creativity

As part of the expansion of our range of management and personal development courses - which already includes the popular Workshop Facilitation Techniques - TCC are delighted to be able to announce ?Practical Creativity?.

This two day course is delivered by experienced creative consultants, in association with Point C, and is designed to address the need for creative problem solving and idea generation, integral to all projects.

APM Project Management Essentials

In partnership with Vicky Billingham - author of 'Project Management: How to Plan and Deliver a Successful Project' ? TCC have developed an exciting new course following the project management principles laid down by the Association for Project Management (APM).

This course is designed to cover the key project management elements for each stage of a project, paying particular attention to ensuring a sound project definition.

An integral case study supports the theory throughout the course and allows delegates to apply industry best-practice techniques to a challenging and realistic scenario.
