What is the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis?
The BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (formerly the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis) is an international qualification that recognises individuals with the knowledge, skills and capability to be effective Business Analysts.
To be awarded the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, you must complete: two Core modules, one Knowledge-Based specialism, and one Practitioner specialism from the BCS Professional Certification Portfolio, followed by an Oral Examination covering all four modules.

Step 1 - Complete four BCS Business Analysis training courses
Our BCS Business Analysis training courses are aligned to the Diploma modules and, as an Accredited Examination Provider, we provide examination sessions on the final day of each course.
You can choose to complete these courses in any sequence, at your own pace, and to suit your budget. However, we would recommend starting with the core modules, Business Analysis Practice and Requirements Engineering.
You are required to complete 2 Core Modules:

+ 1 Knowledge-Based Specialism

BCS Systems Development Essentials (In-House Only)

Step 2 - Attend our BCS Oral Exam Preparation Day (Optional)
At TCC, we offer all of our candidates the opportunity to attend a BCS Oral Exam Preparation Day, the day before the BCS Oral Examination.
It provides the opportunity for revision, with an experienced trainer and we will even arrange for you to sit your own mock oral examination - to ensure that you know exactly what to expect on the following day.
Step 3 - Sit the BCS Oral Exam; gain your BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
Once you have the four BCS certificates, our friendly team will arrange for you to sit the BCS Diploma Oral Examination - a 50 minute face-to-face interview, with two examiners. TCC organises BCS Oral Examinations at our Aspen House training venue, in comfortable surroundings, which will often be familiar from previous business analyst courses or if you have attended an exam preparation day.
